Can I get a quote on the phone?

Unfortunately no, this isn’t possible. As you can appreciate no house or home is the same as another so we need to consider each individual client’s needs. Our service fees are then calculated in a personally customised quote. You will find our charges are very competitive for the high-end service we provide.

Are my contents insured whilst undertaking the move?

Packed to Perfection does have public liability insurance, however this does not cover any accidental breakage to your contents. Given the high level of care taken, this is a rare event. We do highly recommend that you speak with your household insurer with regard to the conditions of their cover for total peace of mind.

Who will be my contact person through my relocation?

Packed to Perfection assigns a Move Manager to each client. This will be your direct contact person throughout your relocation.

Are we removalists?

No we are an all women packing service but we can arrange the removalists and coordinate the whole move.

Which areas do we work in?

We work in the whole of the Perth metropolitan area.

What preparation do I need to do for my move?

Are all your staff police cleared?

Yes, all our staff are police cleared, have been trained and discretion is assured!

Do you work weekends?

Yes we work on weekends when required.

Moving from interstate?

When you are coming from another state, we can set up your whole house ready for you to enjoy from day one. Our all women team understand just how your household needs to work.

Moving interstate?

Yes, Packed to Perfection can pack your whole house either before or after you leave so you can enjoy your home until you leave.

Do I need to be here while you pack/unpack?

Whilst some people like to be there especially for the unpack, it certainly isn’t necessary. We have packed and unpacked many clients whilst they are away or at work.

Do you clean?

We certainly can arrange the cleaning for both the house you are going to and the house you are leaving. We highly recommend Abode Cleaning Perth.
